Unexpected delays in paradise

Staying near the busy mall made shopping an absolute delight! The pool was inviting, and the late checkout for a small fee was a perfect touch.

Unfortunately, waiting for the lift felt like an eternity. it was often overloaded and confusing. This really impacted our experience during peak hours.

Had a great time with the kids! We loved the fun dino-themed pool, and the spacious room offered a stunning city view. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

The location is conveniently adjacent to a vibrant mall, making shopping and dining a breeze. High floors offer great views of the city, enhancing the overall experience.

Check-in involved a confusing car park system, as it separates the apartment and hotel parking. The rooms had some maintenance issues, like broken amenities. for instance, the sink stopper malfunctioned frequently and baby cockroaches were seen in the kettle area. Sound insulation was poor, allowing noise from adjacent rooms to disrupt the stay, especially when someone used the shower. Additionally, the lighting in the corridors was inadequate, creating a less than welcoming atmosphere.

The location is very convenient for shopping.

When I entered the apartment, the floor was sticky and had stains near the kitchen area. The toilet bowl in the master bedroom was blocked, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Additionally, the lift that leads to our apartment was not working, forcing my elderly father to walk further to access another lift.

I was blown away! The location was unbeatable, right next to a mall for all my shopping cravings. The swimming pool was like a mini paradise-sunny vibes and an open terrace that made lounging super enjoyable.

I had a great stay here, much better than my last visit in johor bahru. The location was perfect, right above the mall, which made shopping super easy. Loved the spacious room and access to the pool, definitely exceeded my expectations.

The location above a shopping center was fantastic for easy access to dining and shopping. Our Superior King Room featured stunning city views that truly enhanced our experience.

Awesome Family Getaway!

The staff were super helpful, especially Kesavan at check-in—he really made our day. The gym was impressive, with different rooms for weights and cardio, which was a nice surprise. Plus, the food options were everywhere, perfect for our fam's cravings. Just a bit of a wait for our room keys—took an hour.

I enjoyed my stay at Ksl Hotel & Resort. The location is fantastic with the mall right below The spacious room provided comfort, although I encountered some issues with the air conditioning. A pleasant experience!

Families looking for spacious rooms should consider this

The beds were comfortable, way better than I expected. The staff, specially Ms. Shkeera, really went out of their way to help us when my mother lost her things, they were friendly and sweet.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for, right?

I stayed for 1 night in a Superior King Room. The location is ideal, right next to the mall. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great for family trips.
